What You’ll Do
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, young people, parents and carers
* Provide practical, evidence-informed support in homes and community settings
* Help families develop skills, confidence and independence
* Connect people with education, employment and community supports
* Work collaboratively with Child Safety and other services to provide wraparound care
* Keep clear and accurate case notes that reflect each family’s journey
What You’ll Bring
* A genuine passion for supporting children, young people and families
* Ability to connect with people in a respectful, strengths-based way
* Current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally
* Flexibility across mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts
* Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* willing to obtain or currently hold First Aid and CPR certifications
* Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or related field
