Your new role
This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to budgeting, reporting, and financial compliance in a meaningful healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial reports and data
* Assist with budgets and forecasts
* Maintain GL accounts and correct errors
* Support financial projects and process improvements
* Manage payments, reimbursements, and invoicing
* Code invoices per Chart of Accounts
* Reconcile projects and support acquittals
* Submit contractor agreements and exemptions
* Train admin staff on financial systems
* Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with complex finance systems
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Customer service and financial support experience
* Proficiency in record-keeping and spreadsheet management
* Understanding of financial policies and procedures
