Manager Arts Development and Programs
The Northern Territory Government is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the delivery of the Arts Grants Program, manage the Arts Development team, and ensure high-quality grants administration.
This full-time role involves:
* Driving stakeholder engagement through workshops and capacity-building initiatives
* Leading arts practice and community participation across the NT
* Fostering strong governance and effective sector development
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the arts sector, and the ability to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
