Showroom Leader – High-End Interior Design
We are a growing design-focused company with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high-quality interiors for homeowners, builders, developers, and architects. With an expanding client base and an inspiring new flagship space in Darlinghurst, we're looking for a dynamic and driven Showroom Leader to join us.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment and is excited to work alongside Australia's top design talent. It's a role that requires confidence, initiative, and a desire to elevate every experience—for your team, our clients, and the brand.
$100k + commissions + Super
About the Role
As the Showroom Leader, you will be the face of our Sydney team, representing our brand values and delivering a seamless, premium client experience. Based in our beautifully designed Darlinghurst showroom, you'll work with design professionals, homeowners, and industry partners to support both sales and brand growth.
Work Hours:
Tuesday (9am–5pm) – Saturday (10am–3pm)
Staff parking is available on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and presentation of the Sydney showroom
Maintain showroom to the highest aesthetic and functional standards
Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and informed client interactions
Track and convert sales leads using Salesforce CRM
Support the business development team with in-showroom consultations and hospitality
Coordinate sample requests, inventory and distribution (courier / post)
Manage general administrative tasks and continuously improve back-office systems
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor experience is warm, professional, and memorable
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a combination of passion, polish, and process. You should be as comfortable welcoming clients into a beautifully curated space as you are managing CRM data and fine-tuning logistics behind the scenes.
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in retail, design, or customer service roles
Experience in the home design or construction industry is highly regarded
A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Professional, warm, and confident presence—always with a smile
Performance Indicators
Prompt response to all client inquiries (within 24 hours)
Active and accurate pipeline management in Salesforce
Strong sales conversion through attentive, proactive engagement
Sample stock levels maintained and monitored with relevant departments
Contribution to a positive team culture and consistent client satisfaction
Bonus incentives are available based on team performance.
