A Perth-based brokerage and part of the Resilium Partners and Envest Group family, Cresmont is growing — and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Perth team.
What You'll Do
* As an Account Executive, you'll be a vital part of our client service team, supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and helping to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Client Support & Administration – Assist in the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Portfolio Assistance – Support Account Manager in managing SME and Commercial client portfolios, including responding to client queries and processing endorsements.
* Relationship Building – Help maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a proactive, service-first approach.
* Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to coordinate client solutions and ensure seamless service.
* Learning & Development – Take advantage of mentoring and training opportunities to deepen your industry knowledge and grow your broking expertise.

Qualifications
* Relevant industry certifications or professional development in financial services
* Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines
* Minimum 1–3 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services
