Tesla Motors is looking for a customer service professional to join our team as a Service Advisor working on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will possess technical acumen and the ability to provide excellent customer service. What You'll Do
1. Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns with the highest level of response and attention.
2. Return missed phone calls and emails within 5 minutes.
3. Determine if technical issues can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager if necessary.
4. Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System, paying close attention to detail.
5. Conduct transactions within the system; walk the customer through corrections and provide summaries.
6. Communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
7. Coordinate delivery or pickup times with customers.
8. Follow up with customers on services provided to ensure satisfaction.

3. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and the public.
4. Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
5. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
7. Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
8. Retail customer service experience preferred; automotive retail experience is a bonus.
9. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
10. Must have at least two years of driving experience.
