Swimming Coach Position
Campus Life is currently seeking casual swimming coaches to join our dynamic university squad program. Reporting to the Head Coach, these coaches will be responsible for delivering face-to-face training sessions in both competitive and recreational streams.
Key Responsibilities:
* C coach and develop swimmers from the Junior Development phase through to Senior Competition phase within our Squad program
* D evelop and implement seasonal training plans, providing coaching and advice on technical stroke correction and competition-based performance training plans
* P rovide direction to swimmers of all abilities, adapting and modifying stroke models to suit varying abilities
Suitable Candidates:
* M ust hold AUSTSWIM Teacher Towards Competitive Strokes certification or higher as a minimum
This position requires flexibility with work hours varying throughout the competition season. Must be available to work on a rotating roster seven days per week.
