Job Title: Hotel Cleaner and Catering Assistant
About the Role:
* This position is available to support both our catering/kitchen and cleaning departments within a Residential Care facility.
* You will be supervised by a senior staff member ensuring that you maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and food service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in waste removal, stock rotation, dishwashing, maintaining clean work areas, food preparation, serving of resident's food and the use of commercial cleaning equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies and cleaning schedules as required.
Requirements:
* Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance.
* In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
* A valid Australian drivers license and a reliable vehicle would be advantageous but not essential.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
* This role is based at Fullarton with varied hours including weekends and public holidays.
* You must be willing to participate in on-the-job training and ongoing professional development to ensure your skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
