Cottesloe Golf Club is a private Golf Club, operating since 1908 and is the third oldest in the region. The Graham Marsh designed course embraces the coastal terrain and provides a challenge for golfers of all levels. Pennefather's Lounge, our restaurant and bar is currently seeking experienced hospitality specialists to service our members and guests.
Qualifications & experience
- A love of all things hospitality!
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including some evenings and early mornings
- A willingness to learn and grow and a willingness to go all out to create memorable experiences for our Members and a sense of belonging, every time, every shift
- Current RSA
- Previous experience in a food and beverage operation including barista skills, minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Commercial equipment expertise required for barista duties
- Food and beverage service experience required as part of minimum 2 years hospitality experience

- You will be able to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our Members and guests
- Responsible to provide courteous, professional and efficient service
- Serve premium wines and beverages to a discerning clientele
- Deliver outstanding service to corporate and group clients including conferences and banquet style events
