 * Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
 * Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges;
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
 * Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements resulting in lasting employment;
 * Strong desire to be part of a supportive team that values employee well-being and professional growth; and
 * Current Driver's Licence.
