We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Perth Harbourtown (Watertown) Factory Outlet on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
* Achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role modeling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Representing the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Training and coaching team members to enhance service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinating team efforts to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
* Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
* Retail team leadership in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
* Visual Merchandising
* Stockroom procedures
