Edencraft Boats is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Stainless Steel Fabricator to join our team. As a Stainless Steel Fabricator, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication, assembly, and installation of stainless steel components for our boats. This is a full-time position that may require overtime to meet production demands.

Responsibilities
Fabricate stainless steel components according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and design requirements.
Utilize various tools and equipment, such as saws, grinders, welders, and polishers, to shape, cut, bend, and weld stainless steel.
Ensure the accuracy of measurements and dimensions to maintain high-quality standards.
Assemble stainless steel parts and fixtures using appropriate techniques and fasteners.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Assist in the development and improvement of fabrication processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any concerns or challenges.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Stainless Steel Fabricator or similar role, preferably in the marine or related industry.
Proficiency in stainless steel fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, welding, and polishing.
Solid understanding of blueprint reading, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Proficient in the use of fabrication tools and equipment, such as saws, grinders, welders, and polishers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands.
