This is your chance to lead a team of 8 brokers Junior - experienced. The main focus is to be a technical referral point to the team, ensure goals are being met and compliance is on point.

✨The Role:
- Manage and lead a team of 8 Insurance brokers Juniors - Senior
- Manage a small portfolio of key accounts
- Liaising with underwriters to deliver the best solutions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring outstanding client service with full admin support

- Experienced working as an insurance broker
- Tier 1 qualified (or working towards it)
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Ready to grow in a positive, team-driven environment
