Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead our Hatchery Collective & Coffee Quarter venues at Perth Airport We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, with a positive attitude and a drive to create unforgettable experiences.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage and develop a dynamic team, drive financial performance and exceed guest expectations. You'll play a critical role in shaping our venue's success, with your contributions recognised and valued.

What will you do?
* Manage the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
* Achieve financial targets through effective budget management and cost monitoring
* Maintain accurate financial records and reports to support operational decision-making
* Lead recruitment efforts and train, mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
* Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring efficient labour coverage while maintaining team wellbeing
* Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
* Drive guest satisfaction and build strong, lasting customer relationships
* Ensure adherence to OH&S, Responsible Service of Alcohol and food hygiene standards
More About You
* Restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Approved Managers Card
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Food Safety Certificate
* Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated approach
* Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
* Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
