Lead QHSE Professional
This role is ideal for a seasoned leader in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QHSE team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the business unit.
A key aspect of this position is conducting internal audits and remote site inspections. Additionally, facilitating external audits and regulator requests will also be a crucial part of this role.
To excel in this position, you will need to develop training programs and manage document control efficiently. Handling incident reports and assisting with risk assessment and mitigation are also essential tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in a QHSE leadership role is required.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory for this position.
