- Utilise your barista experience while delivering exceptional coffee, and providing a personalised experience by learning orders by heart
- Contribute to the team
- Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas, and calibrating the coffee machine to ensure a high-quality product
- Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force
- Maintain company policies and food safety practices
**The Person**:
- Previous experience in high-volume coffee output
- Work autonomously to meet daily organisational goals
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Highly organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Great presentation with a drive for customer satisfaction
