About the Position
This is a critical role that supports high-impact procurement projects across various categories, including Goods and Services, ICT, Maintenance and Operations, and Capital Works.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a small team to foster collaboration and growth
* Develop and assist with category planning, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end procurement activities
* Manage complex projects including tender development, evaluations, and negotiations
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver effective outcomes
* Conduct market analysis and ensure accurate procurement data and documentation across systems
Requirements
* Substantial sourcing and procurement experience, preferably with exposure to government processes
* Proven procurement and tendering experience in complex projects
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
