Job Summary


Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team, delivering an outstanding customer experience in our store. This is a full-time position requiring availability over weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.


About the Role

* Lead your team to achieve sales targets while offering personalized styling and service.
* Coach and develop your team members, manage stock, and update visual displays.
* Efficiently roster to ensure the store runs smoothly and achieves results based on productivity.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for both team members and customers.


Responsibilities

This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales growth, manage stock effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven fashion retail management experience, with a track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs. They will also possess expertise in managing stock levels, minimising stock loss, and skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and styling advice.
