Offer description

Your key responsibilities:

Perform a diverse range of complex and highly specialised diagnostic and therapeutic testing as part of a state-wide tertiary referral Chemical Pathology Laboratory Service.

Review, comment on and validate analytical results in conjunction with other pathology and clinical information as required.

Participate in the resolution of analytical and technical problems.

Key competencies (role specific criteria):

Knowledge of chemical pathology testing and its role in clinical medicine.

Knowledge, skills and expertise in analytical methods relevant to chemical pathology.

Knowledge, skills and expertise in the validation and clinical interpretation of results in chemical pathology and its diagnostic, therapeutic and monitoring role in disease and health.
