We are seeking caring and reliable Home Care Workers (Permanent Part-Time) to support aged care clients across Western Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding areas, including Forest Lake, Inala, Oxley, Springfield, Redbank Plains, Ipswich, Ripley and nearby suburbs. This is rewarding community-based work where you'll help people remain independent, safe, and connected in their own homes.

About The Role
You will support clients in their homes with day-to-day tasks that promote independence and quality of life, including:
* Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* Personal care and support with daily routines
* Companionship and social support
* Transporting clients to appointments or activities (using your own vehicle)
* Assisting with errands and general household tasks
You will work independently in the community, with support available from your team when needed.
Location
You will be working across Western Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding regions, including Corinda, Darra, Inala, Oxley, Jindalee, Forest Lake, Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Goodna, Redbank Plains, Ipswich, Bundamba, Booval, Ripley, Brassall, Karalee, Rosewood, Lowood and surrounding suburbs. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between nearby suburbs is essential.

You Will Ideally Have
* A caring and respectful approach
* Ability to work independently
* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or working towards it, or at least 3 months' experience in support work, cleaning, or a related field
* A current Australian driver's licence
* Access to a registered and insured vehicle
* Australian working rights
Experience in domestic assistance or cleaning is highly regarded.
Requirements prior to commencement
* First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Blue Card
