Key Responsibilities:

* Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.

* Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.

* Prepare and distribute pay slips, ensuring all deductions and entitlements are correctly applied.
">
* Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide exceptional customer service.
">
* Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management.
">
* Assist with the preparation of payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory obligations.
">
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
* Two to four years' payroll experience.
">
* Good knowledge of payroll procedures, payroll systems, time & attendance systems, and general staff procedures.
">
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
">
* Experience with payroll automation and analysis is an advantage.
">
* Proficiency in Kronos/UKG, Workday, and Chris21 is strongly desirable.
