About the Role:
Asset Management Planning
Develop, implement, and review asset management plans for council infrastructure (e.g., roads, buildings, parks, stormwater, and community facilities) to ensure assets are maintained and renewed in line with service levels, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategic objectives.
Lifecycle and Financial Planning
Analyse asset condition, performance data, and lifecycle costs to forecast renewal and maintenance needs, support long-term financial planning (e.g., 10-year asset plans), and ensure sustainable funding strategies for council assets.
Capital Works and Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operational teams to prioritise asset renewal and upgrade projects, contribute to capital works programs, and provide asset planning advice to support council decision-making and community outcomes.
Essential:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related.
* Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Asset Management position or similar
