In your role as a Trainee Customer Service Officer, you will receive comprehensive training to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, and recommend Bendigo Bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of the branch, speaking with customers and helping them reach their goals while learning our tools, products, and processes.
* Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning, taking advantage of on-the-job training and external development opportunities.
* Build connections within the community, supporting customers, giving back, and contributing to local initiatives.
Based in our Cummins branch, you will work toward a Certificate III in Finance/Business through paid on-the-job training. You will receive a 12-month full‐time contract with salary paid based on the National Training Award.
Qualifications
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
* Confidence to communicate with customers face‐to‐face and over the phone.
* Ability to articulate and share what makes Bendigo Bank different.
* Drive for collaboration and teamwork.
* Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
