About the Role: We're seeking an experienced garment tech to take ownership of the technical garment development process from concept through to bulk production. This position is key to ensuring garment specifications, fit, and construction align with the brand’s quality standards and commercial goals. You will work closely with design, product development, and offshore suppliers to deliver high-quality menswear across both retail and wholesale channels. Your expertise in garment construction, fit analysis, and supplier communication will ensure products hit timelines and maintain consistency across collections. Key Responsibilities Create and manage accurate garment specs and technical packs. Liaise with product development teams to interpret seasonal briefs. Coordinate sample development and fittings, driving on-time approvals. Communicate with offshore suppliers to ensure clarity in construction and fit requirements. Identify and resolve any quality or consistency concerns across ranges and suppliers. Monitor performance issues and feedback, ensuring improvement actions are implemented. What You’ll Bring 5–10 years’ experience in menswear garment technology, ideally with offshore production exposure. Strong background in garment construction, pattern making, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Adobe Illustrator. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
