**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Champion Enterprise Risk Management framework, driving continuous improvement to effectively manage HSE risk and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with Operational teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks through effective control implementation.
- Oversee HSE Risk Register Reviews and treatment plans, providing data-driven recommendations for enhanced HSE performance.
- Establish and monitor core HSE performance measures, KPIs, and risk evaluations using comprehensive data analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement improvement initiatives and programs.
- Design and develop the annual Group HSE assurance program, including governance, provide insight and support
- Ensure HSE systems and processes are continuously improved and fit for purpose.

**About You**

You are an experienced professional with a strong background in HSE risk management, holding relevant tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, OHS/WHS, or Environmental disciplines. Your expertise in project and change management, combined with your skills in risk facilitation, auditing, and data analytics, enables you to deliver informed, strategic recommendations.
- Tertiary qualification in risk management
- Effective critical thinking abilities for data analysis and continuous improvement
- Inquisitive and consultative approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ensures accountability and attention to detail in all work
- Lead Auditor qualification with a solid understanding of HSE Management Systems
