About our client:

About the Position:
This role provides general operational and administrative support to the Gosnells site. You will work Monday to Friday and assist with a range of tasks that keep the office and operations running smoothly. It's a hands-on role suited to someone organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Booking meetings, travel and appointments
• Raising purchase requisitions, processing invoices and goods receipting
• Ordering PPE, uniforms and office supplies
• Preparing weekly and month-end reports
• Assisting with filing and document management
• Providing weighbridge coverage when needed
• Maintaining contractor records and inductions
• Organising office maintenance and service providers
• Managing mail, credit/debit adjustments and payments
• Supporting other administrators when required
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous administration experience
• Construction or resources industry experience (preferred but not essential)
• Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and reliable
• Comfortable using databases and maintaining accurate records
• Good computer and phone skills
• Strong attention to detail
