Program Director Job Description
This leadership role oversees the successful delivery of Oracle transformation programs, guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders and client sponsors.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction and oversight across a portfolio of Oracle implementation programs, ensuring timely and effective delivery against scope, timelines, and commercial objectives.
* Lead program governance, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across complex workstreams.
* Develop and manage high-performing teams comprising functional consultants, technical specialists, delivery leads, and pre-sales contributors.
* Act as the senior escalation point for major Oracle engagements and executive-level stakeholders.
* Drive utilization, resource planning, and capability uplift across the Oracle practice.
* Represent the Oracle practice in steering committees and executive forums-internally and externally.
This position demands deep expertise in Oracle (Cloud/ERP/Financials/Supply Chain or similar), a proven consulting background leading enterprise-scale Oracle transformation programs, leadership experience managing cross-functional delivery, technical, and pre-sales teams, commercial acumen with exposure to sales cycles, proposals, and bid activity, exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, and experience within professional services, systems integration, or consulting.
