This role is for the coach who:
Stays after a session because a member needs help
Brings energy to EVERY session without being asked
Understands great coaching is built on preparation, repetition, and presence
Wants feedback, not comfort
Might be early in their career but is serious about becoming elite
We will teach you the BFT system.
You must bring the work ethic, humility, and hunger
You must have:
Cert III minimum or currently studying
Strong communication skills or the willingness to develop them fast
Confidence with groups or the courage to build it quickly
A people-first mindset. Members always come before ego
A genuine team mentality. No lone operators
Availability for early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays
