**The details**:
- Extra-Curricular Drama Coordinator.
- Temporary Part-Time from the start of Term 3 (July 22nd) to the end of Term 4 (December 13th).
- Term-time only.
- 4 days per week (Tues-Fri), 8am-4pm.
- Salary can be paid as worked (stood down during school holidays) or averaged across the year (paid during school holidays).
**The role itself**:
- Manage and coordinate the Extra Curricular drama program across the school (Years 3-12).
Plan and teach dynamic Drama lessons that engage and challenge all pupils, ensuring the requirements of the Trinity syllabus are met.
Coordinate a small team of Drama tutors who will assist in teaching classes.
Liase with students, parents, and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the program.
In Term 4, coordinate five nights of selected works from all classes, and facilitate the Trinity Drama Examinations.
Manage booking systems, enrolments, timetables, class scheduling, and payments.
- Experienced and skilled in various drama techniques and skills, with demonstrated acting experience highly regarded.
- Must have experience teaching the Trinity syllabus and facilitating the Trinity exams.
- Strong organisation, administration, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident and comfortable building effective relationships with a wide audience (from 8/9yo students to parents).
