Fleet Maintenance Coordinator
This position supports roadside assistance to a customer network across Australia and New Zealand, providing administrative support to an on-road team.
* Support call handling key performance indicators for roadside service with maximum customer satisfaction in mind.
* Assist with fleet audits at locations as necessary.
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months' experience in either fleet or frontline operational roles and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
