Your Day to Day
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Handling repairs, maintenance and insurance claims efficiently
- Staying on top of arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Conducting inspections – ingoing, outgoing, periodic and open homes
- Preparing and attending tribunal hearings when required
