Seeking multiple proactive Recruitment Advisors for a hands-on, temp-to-perm role. Manage full recruitment lifecycle across diverse project roles.
Pearl Recruitment are currently looking for multiple Recruitment Advisors to join our client, a leading construction and engineering group. This is a full-time, office-based role (no remote) based in Henderson, working as part of a well-established HR and Recruitment team supporting large-scale projects across construction, mining, and maintenance.
You'll be hands-on across the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to secure both Blue- and White-Collar talent. Strong candidate care, a proactive approach, and solid systems experience will set you up for success in this rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for project and internal roles
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for different positions
- Screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Handle pre-employment documentation and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate data across recruitment and HR systems
- Provide reporting and escalate issues when required
- Liaise regularly with hiring managers and project teams
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in internal recruitment (Blue- or White-Collar)
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a project-driven environment
- Familiarity with compliance-heavy recruitment
- Proficient with systems such as SuccessFactors, INX, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable, or SitePass (essential)
- Available to start immediately
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

- Hours: Full-time, office-based
- Pay Rate: $40 - $50 p/h + super (depending on experience)
