As an Account Manager within Computershare Plan Managers (CPM), you'll take true ownership of your client portfolio — acting as a trusted day‐to‐day partner and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of services to your clients.
You'll be at the centre of everything, connecting clients with internal teams to coordinate activity, resolve issues, and ensure consistent, high‐quality service. This is a role where your ability to balance operational excellence with relationship management really shines — giving you the opportunity to influence outcomes, improve experiences, and make a tangible impact for both clients and the business.
Qualifications
* Experience delivering high‐quality customer service, ideally within the financial services industry.
* Strong communication skills that enable you to engage confidently and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Ability to build a deep understanding of clients to foster strong, trusted partnerships and support their ongoing operational needs.
* Solution‐focused with keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions, even in complex or ambiguous situations.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining a high standard of delivery and operational oversight.
* Self‐motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently while also influencing others to achieve positive outcomes.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, allowing you to manage workload efficiently, coordinate multiple deliverables, and stay ahead of deadlines.
* Curiosity and willingness to develop technical capabilities, including tools such as SQL, HTML, and an understanding of database structures.
* A degree qualification, or equivalent experience, underpins your approach.
