Job Description

* Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
* Process onboarding and offboarding documentation for staff members.
* Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
* Prepare and distribute internal HR communications as needed.
* Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and organisational policies.
* Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data.
* Assist with general administrative tasks within the HR department.
* Writing contracts.


The Successful Applicant


A successful HR Administrator should have:

* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
* Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach to tasks.
