The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a love of fine jewelry and excel at making lasting impressions on customers.
As a key team member, you will be our brand ambassadors, leading the success of the store by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and sharing your expertise on our products.
You will achieve individual and store sales targets by leveraging effective selling skills; focus on upselling, units per transaction and average transaction value. You will build strong relationships between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing outstanding service and adapting your approach depending on individuals' personalities, preferences and needs.
You will learn and confidently share in-depth knowledge of Pandora's product range to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience. You will assist with product deliveries, stocking and storing merchandise in the correct spaces in store. You will maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your work environment.
You will operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
