We're expanding our family and looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team in delivering authentic Vietnamese flavors with fast-casual speed and warmth
What You'll Do:
* Oversee daily operations (front & back of house)
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ staff
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences & consistent food quality
* Manage inventory, cost controls, and P&L
* Drive sales through local marketing & community engagement
* Maintain health/safety standards and a spotless kitchen
What You Bring:
* 2+ years restaurant management experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred)
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Passion for Vietnamese cuisine (pho, banh mi, fresh rolls – bonus if you can pronounce nước mắm correctly)
* Availability for flexible hours (including weekends)
* Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) a plus but not required
