Support Worker – RECA Support Services (NSW)
RECA Support Services delivers high quality, person centered support across the Illawarra and surrounding regions. We are seeking professional, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for individuals who value structure, clear communication, and delivering consistent outcomes for participants.
Role Overview
As a Support Worker with RECA, you will support NDIS participants to live more independently and achieve their individual goals. Your work will be guided by participant care plans and company systems to ensure consistency, safety, and quality.
Duties may include:
* Community access and social support
* Personal care (where required)
* Domestic assistance
* Transport to appointments and activities
* Supporting independence and daily living skills
* Accurate reporting and documentation
* Maintaining professional boundaries and standards
Essential Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid & CPR
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Smartphone for shift management and reporting
* Ability to work independently and follow support plans
Desirable
* Experience in disability, mental health, or community services
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
* Strong communication and organisational skills

Pay: $43.23 per hour
