Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

2. Assist with the sales process, including answering client queries, processing orders, and resolving issues.

3. Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

4. Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

5. Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects that align with our business goals.

6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

7. Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and marketing statistics.

9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of projects.
\
10. Other duties as required by management.
\
11. Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
\
12. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
\
13. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior managers, colleagues, and suppliers.
\
14. Perform other related duties as required by management.
\
15. Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
\
16. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
\
17. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with our organisational values and standards.
\
18. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and marketing statistics.
\
19. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
\
20. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
\
21. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
\
22. Manage and coordinate events, including trade shows, product launches, and community events.
\
23. Assist with the development and implementation of budgets and financial plans.
\
24. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
\
25. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
\
26. Perform other related duties as required by management.
