Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

2. Assist with the sales process, including answering client queries, processing orders, and resolving issues.

4. Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

7. Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

11. Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management.

13. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior managers, colleagues, and suppliers.
