Lead a High-Performing Team in Disability Housing

">

As a Senior Service Leader, you will oversee daily operations and manage a team of support staff at one of our residential sites in the Wollongong region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality, person-centred services that meet the unique needs of each participant.

You will work closely with your Head of Service Delivery and have strong internal support from rostering, recruitment, and workforce planning teams. Our innovative Vertical Villages provide smart, modern apartments that combine independence with 24/7 onsite support, creating inclusive communities where people can live the lifestyle they choose.

1. Manage daily operations and lead a team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support
">
2. Oversee onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development for all team members
">
3. Support the team to manage participant risks effectively
">
4. Monitor individual plans and outcomes to ensure goals are being met
">
5. Run regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions
">
6. Build team capability and foster a positive, high-performance culture
">


Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Candidate Requirements

">
">
7. A solid background in disability support, mental health, or community services
">
8. Strong clinical or physical care knowledge – experience with complex care needs highly regarded
">
9. Leadership experience in a similar role – you know how to motivate and develop a team
">
10. Clear understanding of community services, supports, and NDIS practices
">
11. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other relevant field – bonus but not essential
">
12. Confident, proactive, and passionate about quality care and participant outcomes
">
