Job Description
As Payroll Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of strategic transformation, working closely with other Team Leads and the National Payroll Manager to streamline payroll processes across the group. You'll play a key role in leading change, enhancing systems, and bringing your team along the journey as the organisation continues to evolve.
You'll oversee a team of Payroll Officers, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across multiple entities. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure service excellence for internal stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing payroll team.
Collaborate with other Team Leads and the National Payroll Manager on strategic payroll initiatives.
Champion change management and process improvement across the payroll function.
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.
Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll issues.
Support system upgrades, testing, and integrations.
Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
