Based in Campbellfield, their small to medium-sized warehouse is now looking for a motivated warehouse professional to step up into a Team Leader position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few solid years of hands-on warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership capabilities.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations while leading by example. You'll help guide a small team, drive efficiency, and ensure that safety and quality standards are met. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to inspire others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking/packing, dispatch, and stock control
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, helping to foster a positive and productive team environment
- Operate forklifts and assist with manual handling tasks
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Contribute to keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Maintain accurate records and help with stocktaking processes
About You:
- Several years of experience working in a warehouse environment
- A current and valid forklift licence (LF) - essential
- A strong team player who is ready to step into a leadership role
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach
- Organised, reliable, and committed to upholding safety and quality standards
- Comfortable using basic warehouse systems and performing routine documentation tasks
