Clerk Grade: 3/4 Salary Range : $84,659 - $92,701 plus superannuation and leave loading
Employment Type : Full-Time, Temporary up to June 2027
Location : Goulburn - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

What you will do
- You will be part of a high performing specialised Workers Compensation Payments team processing workers compensation wages across multiple agencies for NSW Government.
- You will be responsible for a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure entitlements are processed in accordance with legislative requirements.
- You will provide employees with a high level of customer service and advice regarding their claims.
About You
Successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
- Interpretation and application of a range of legislation and internal guidelines and policies relating to workers compensation
- Previous payroll experience (advantageous)
- Experience providing employees with a high level of customer service and advice regarding their claims
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident communication and critical thinking skills
- Initiative, with attention to detail.
