Overview
We\'re looking for a Brand Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and bring bold ideas to life.
This role is all about making things happen. You will own the new product development journey from spark to shelf and make sure our brand shows up consistently across every channel. You\'ll be right in the mix with Digital, Comms, Sales and Content, making sure everything connects and tells the TYPEBEA story.
What you\'ll do
* Drive the execution of our brand strategy every single day
* Take a product idea and guide it all the way through to launch
* Keep our messaging consistent across socials, content, digital and retail
* Team up with Sales to craft retailer strategy decks, range reviews and presentations
* Pull together campaign and retail toolkits that get used and loved
* Work through Gift with Purchase moments that delight our community
* Run weekly WIPs to keep the team aligned and moving
* Bring founder storytelling into brand moments in a real and authentic way
* Turn campaign data into insights that make our next moves smarter
* Keep everything running smoothly with trackers, timelines and assets
What we\'re looking for
* 5+ years in brand management or marketing within beauty or consumer brands
* Hands-on experience managing product innovation and taking ideas from concept to launch
* Strong collaborator across Sales, Digital, Comms and Content
* Confident creating retailer decks, campaign toolkits and strategy in action
* Detail-focused and able to juggle projects in a fast-paced environment
* Data-savvy with a knack for turning insights into smarter plans
