IT Support Role
The role of IT Support Officer is a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. We are seeking an individual who can provide high-quality technical support to our staff, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration and support.
* Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to staff members.
* Be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of new staff members.
* Assist with new staff inductions and training.
* Develop and maintain user guides and training videos to support staff.
* Manage BYOD devices and device setup using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
* Respond to security incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion for customer service and an ability to engage with people from all levels and backgrounds.
* 3-4 years' experience in a 1st and 2nd level IT helpdesk role.
* Experience in system administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Previous experience working within a cloud-based environment.
* Ability to work within an ITIL framework and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
