Our Assistant Brand Manager – Menu & Innovation supports the development and delivery of menu and product initiatives that drive growth and brand relevance. Working within the Marketing Innovation team, you'll play a hands‐on role in bringing ideas to life, owning workstreams across innovation projects, supporting test markets and helping turn early‐stage ideas into validated propositions ready for national launch.

ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field
* Relevant marketing experience preferred, ideally in QSR, FMCG, retail or other customer‐led environments
* Experience supporting innovation, product or proposition development, with experience in test market activity and in‐market validation highly regarded
* Sound commercial awareness, research capability and project coordination skills
* Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly and build relationships
* Strong planning, organisation and problem‐solving skills, with high attention to detail
* Able to balance customer, brand, commercial and operational priorities
* Proactive, accountable and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
* A genuine passion for food and a curiosity for trends and innovation, with a drive to bring new ideas to life!
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER – MENU & INNOVATION
* Own delivery of defined workstreams across innovation and core menu initiatives
* Support development of product propositions, business cases and recommendations
* Coordinate timelines and inputs across cross‐functional teams, working closely with Research & Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Insights
Consumer Insights & Research
* Contribute to research programs including concept and product testing
* Prepare briefs, manage agency partners and synthesise insights into clear recommendations
* Maintain a repository of key learnings and test results
* Coordinate test market planning and execution, including assets and stakeholders
* Support development of test materials and track performance across key metrics
* Contribute to post‐test readouts and recommendations
Opportunity Development & Trends
* Identify opportunity areas across trends, occasions and consumer needs
* Contribute to ideation and shape concepts into testable propositions
* Monitor competitors and market activity
Cross‐Functional Coordination
* Partner with internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned
* Prepare presentations, updates and materials for stakeholders
Handover & Governance
* Support development of handover documentation for national launch
* Assist with budgets, timelines, approvals and compliance requirements
