The Role
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be our clients' customers' first point of contact. You must meet and greet all visitors with a helpful and welcoming attitude, creating amazing first impressions by assisting guests with queries and special requests.
Your role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.
We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and has the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers.
Role Requirements:

- Full drivers licence as Valet parking is a part of the role
- Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
- Valid work rights in Australia
