Your Team 
Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Digital Crew drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA’s market leading CommBank app, and its desktop asset NetBank, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over nine million digitally active customers. 
You will work with a squad aligned to the Money Management Experiences Value Stream, focused on developing world-class digital banking experiences in the CommBank App that make managing money feel effortless, insightful and empowering. You will report into the Digital Product Chapter, who will support you with your development and performance.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an experienced professional driven by a desire to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our customers. Drawing from your experience in product discovery and delivery, you’re constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that shift the customer experience and unlock more value. Your passion for and ability to solve complex problems is key to delivering these high-quality solutions to market. You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous delivery and user testing.

We’re interested in hearing from a digital product professional with relevant skills and experience, including: 
- Experience in building digital experiences and development of digital product strategies and roadmaps 
- Monitoring product performance and across market trends to inform product improvements and product roadmap 
- Supporting the product lifecycle from customer discovery, ideation to launch and post-launch analysis 
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in translating digital data into meaningful insights (experience with Adobe Analytics or similar, highly regarded) 
- Commercial acumen, with proven experience in linking broad digital interactions with strong business benefits 
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills across a diverse range of stakeholders 
- Experience working with agentic AI technology is highly desirable 
- Experience working with a broad range of retail banking products is highly desirable
