About the Role
The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting the Principal and Business Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. This position involves working within established guidelines to provide timely and effective support to the school community.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing reception and general administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and arranging appointments.
* Assisting with student services such as enrolments, departures, and managing student-related documentation.
* Administering financial tasks, including processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing school hire schemes.
* Supporting school operations by organising maintenance, safety inspections, and community facility bookings.
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, offering advice and support in line with school policies.
This role would suit a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a commitment to supporting a thriving school environment.
About You

* Experience with OneSchool and DayMap systems.
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
