Your new role
You will lead the design and delivery of organisational development strategies that enable the business to adapt, innovate and thrive. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will guide complex change initiatives, influence cultural uplift, and embed practices that support a diverse and inclusive workplace. With a strong lens on learning, capability and performance, you will oversee programs that build organisational maturity, strengthen leadership capability and support long‑term workforce effectiveness. Your ability to navigate competing priorities, understand business needs, and translate strategy into practical outcomes will be central to your success.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring deep experience in leading change and transformation across large or complex environments, with proven strength in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. You understand the critical role diversity and inclusion plays in organisational success and have a history of embedding these principles into strategy, frameworks and everyday practice. Your background in organisational development, learning or culture will be complemented by strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
