About You:
* Minimum five years' experience in middle management or suitably qualified disability services professional with direct experience in disability services.
* Relevant tertiary qualification/s, including Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management, or equivalent.
* Passion for human rights, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
* Enthusiastic team leader & player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality disability services focused on excellent customer service and growth.
* Comprehensive knowledge of human rights-based and person-centred active support principles and approaches, including positive behaviour support.
* Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through authentic engagement.
* Strong financial acumen with ability to effectively co-ordinate and own management outputs (including budgets and rosters) and be accountable for delivering against organisational strategies, targets, and priorities.
* Proven ability in navigating multiple computer programs.
